The Michigan Profile for Healthy Youth (MiPHY) is a voluntary state-wide survey conducted every two years to measure health behaviors. Students in 7th, 9th, and 11th grades are anonymously surveyed to gather data about violence, bullying, weight and nutrition, alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs, physical activity, depression and suicide, and sexual activity. The (MiPHY) is free and completed online.Collection of (MiPHY) data helps schools and the county make data-driven decisions to improve prevention and health programming.The St. Clair County Health Department offers technical assistance to schools and can compile school-level data in an easy-to-understand format.
