  • Understanding Medicaid and health insurance

  • Connecting to food, clothing, housing, and shelter resources
  • Finding substance use and recovery services
  • Connecting with legal and other community resources
  • Health education and community programs
  • Community events and health fairs

             

New Medicaid Changes Are Coming

Beginning October 1, 2026, and again on January 1, 2027, some Medicaid rules will change.

The Outreach Program can:

  • Explain what the new Medicaid changes may mean.
  • Help with Medicaid applications and renewals.
  • Answer questions about Medicaid coverage.
  • Connect people with local resources and services.
