Free assistance is available with:
- Applying for Medicaid through MI Bridges
- Renewing Medicaid benefits
- Understanding Medicaid and health insurance
- Finding a doctor, dentist, or mental health provider
- Connecting to food, clothing, housing, and shelter resources
- Finding substance use and recovery services
- Connecting with legal and other community resources
- Health education and community programs
- Community events and health fairs

New Medicaid Changes Are Coming
Beginning October 1, 2026, and again on January 1, 2027, some Medicaid rules will change.
The Outreach Program can:
- Explain what the new Medicaid changes may mean.
- Help with Medicaid applications and renewals.
- Answer questions about Medicaid coverage.
- Connect people with local resources and services.
