Services

Health Education supports the health, safety, and well-being of our community through:

• Presentations and trainings for community groups, schools, and worksites

• Health education programs

• Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) & Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) 

• Educational material development

• Media communications and press releases

• Consultation and technical assistance for community partners, coalitions, and advisory boards

• Community partnership development

• Social media and website management

• Program promotion and prevention activities

• Assistance with health insurance and local resource navigation

Hours

• First Monday of each month: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• Monday–Friday (by appointment): 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
