Description: There continues to be community spread of COVID-19 throughout St. Clair County which can easily spread from person to person, and can result in serious illness or death. To mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and to provide essential protections to vulnerable residents, health care systems and other critical infrastructure, it is crucial that steps are taken to limit in-person contact, particularly in the context of large groups. In the absence of a current state of Michigan declared State of Emergency, the St. Clair County Board of Commissioners, in accordance with Section 10 of 1976 PA 390, as amended, have declared that a "state of emergency" continues to exist within St. Clair County as of 03/18/21. The “State of Emergency” Declaration will remain in effect through June 30, 2021 unless extended by the St. Clair County Board of Commissioners. Therefore, this meeting will be conducted remotely via Zoom.
