Medical care for veterans assigned a priority group upon enrollment in a major VA
Medical Facility includes a variety of treatment from primary care to extensive
therapeutic care. Individuals interested in receiving medical benefits may do so
by completing a VA Form 10-10EZ on-line or download and forwarding it directly to
the VA Medical Facility closest to you; an attached copy of your DD214 Military
Separation is required.

and inform you of your status within the VA Health System on a one-on-one basis.

with the exception of Yale which does not run on Wednesdays.
