WHO IS ELIGIBLE:
Children 19 years and under without health insurance for Healthy Kids/MIChild.

Adults 19-59 for St. Clair County Discount Prescription Drug Program.

SERVICES OFFERED:
Application assistance for Healthy Kids and MIChild, the state health insurance programs. Applications are available at the main office.

WHO PAYS:
No charge for Healthy Kids. $10.00 per month charge for MIChild.

HOURS:
10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Monday by appointment.
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Tuesday through Friday by appointment.
