LEAD TESTING PROGRAM

WHO IS ELIGIBLE:
Children 12 months to 6 years of age.

SERVICES OFFERED:
Lead testing screen is performed by simple finger stick (capillary method).

WHO PAYS:
Medicaid covered including Qualified Health Plans.
Other insurances billed if covered service.
For those without insurance coverage - $20.00. Credit cards accepted.

HOURS:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday for appointment.

Late hours: 1st and 3rd Thursdays until 6:00PM at Main Office only.

Lead testing is available at Algonac and Capac offices by appointment.
