Family Planning Clinic
WHO IS ELIGIBLE:
Males and females who are interested in obtaining information, education,
contraception method relative to pregnancy prevention.
SERVICES OFFERED:
- Physical exam
- Pelvic with Pap
- Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI's), vaginitis evaluation
- Prescription methods including oral contraceptive pills, Diaphragm, Depo Provera,
IUD,
male and female condoms, gel, film, patch, nuva ring, sterilization (vasectomy
and tubiligation) counseling and referral
- Birth control information and community education
- Preconception, infertility and natural family planning counseling
- Referrals as needed
WHO PAYS:
Insurances billed and credit cards accepted.
Sliding fee based on income.
No one denied service for inability to pay.
HOURS:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday by appointment.
Late hours: 1st and 3rd Thursdays 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM.
