WHO IS ELIGIBLE:
Clients needing the following:

SERVICES OFFERED:

• Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) testing and treatment
• HIV confidential and anonymous testing
• Pregnancy testing and referral
• Diagnosis and treatment of scabies
• Diagnosis and treatment information for head lice
• Immunizations

WHO PAYS:
Services provided on a sliding fee scale based on income.
Insurances accepted. Credit cards accepted.

HOURS:
10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Monday
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Tuesday through Friday
By appointment, walk-ins accommodated as schedule allows.
