CLINIC SERVICES

WHO IS ELIGIBLE:
Clients needing the following:

SERVICES OFFERED:

• Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) testing and treatment
• HIV confidential and anonymous testing
• Pregnancy testing and referral
• Diagnosis and treatment of scabies
• Diagnosis and treatment information for head lice
• Hepatitis B series injections

WHO PAYS:
Services provided on a sliding fee scale based on income.
Insurances accepted.
No one denied services because of inability to pay.

HOURS:
Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM by appointment, walk-ins accommodated as schedule allows.

Late hours: 1st and 3rd Thursdays 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
