Healthcare Benefits

Medical care for veterans assigned a priority group upon enrollment in a major VA Medical Facility includes a variety of treatment from primary care to extensive therapeutic care. Individuals interested in receiving medical benefits may do so by completing a VA Form 10-10EZ on-line or download and forwarding it directly to the VA Medical Facility closest to you; an attached copy of your DD214 Military Separation is required.

St. Clair County Department of Veterans Affairs counselors can assist you with this process and inform you of your status within the VA Health System on a one-on-one basis.
