Aerial Photographs

The Metropolitan Planning Commission can provide you with copies of aerial photographs covering a number of decades for any location in the county. These photographs have generally been taken every five years.

These photographs are available for viewing at the offices of the Metropolitan Planning Commission Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 in the afternoon. The Metropolitan Planning Commission offices are located on the second floor of the County Administration Building in downtown Port Huron. Current photos are free to view; archived or historical photos can be viewed for a fee. Most of these photographs can also be copied for a fee. The scale of some photos can be customized depending on your need and the year of the photo that you are interested in.

We ask that you call ahead of time to make sure a staff person will be available to assist you. Photos cannot be faxed, they can be mailed, and some can be forwarded electronically, call for details.
