COMMUNICABLE DISEASE / PREVENTIVE HEALTH SERVICES

WHO IS ELIGIBLE:
St. Clair County residents

SERVICES OFFERED:
Investigation and reporting of communicable diseases. Identification of outbreaks and prevention of epidemics. Titer testing for Hepatitus B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Rabies, and Varicella (chickenpox). Client education and resources available.

WHO PAYS:
Insurances and credit cards accepted. Fees may apply.

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
