Travel consultations consist of a
nursing visit to discuss the TRAVAX*
printout that includes recommended immunizations, preventive education, malaria recommendations and safety tips.
Administration of vaccine(s)
can take place at time of consultation or an appointment can be scheduled.
Appointments for travel vaccinations should be made 4-6 weeks in advance of
departure.
Vaccination fees are in addition
to Consultation/TRAVAX fee (Vaccine Fees)
* - TRAVAX is a computer
program for Travel Clinics only, updated monthly with current CDC medical recommendations
and put into a packet of information for the client.

10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Monday by appointment.
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Tuesday through Friday by appointment.

to the St. Clair County Health Department to assist us in preparing your TRAVAX
packet prior to your appointment.
