St. Clair County's 2004 Employee of the Year
Amy Roatenberry-Reed
Ms. Amy Roatenberry-Reed
is the recipient of the 2004 St. Clair County Employee of the Year Award. The announcement
was made at the County’s Annual Recognition event on March 23, 2005.
In 2003, the County introduced the Employee of the Quarter/Year Program. This program
is a joint effort between Community Mental Health and St. Clair County employees.
There were 14 outstanding employees recognized as Employees of the Quarter for 2004.
Only one of those 14 employees could be named Employee of the Year.
Amy has been with the County for over 5 years and currently holds the position of
Human Resources Specialist - Training & Development in the Human Resources Department.
She not only makes a significant contribution to her department; she also makes
an enormous contribution to the organization as a whole. Amy has been instrumental
in the development and implementation of the Professional Development Program at
the County.
We want to extend our sincere thanks to Amy for her dedication and commitment to
the continued growth and development of St. Clair County. In the words of one of
her co-workers, “Amy always delivers excellent customer service with professionalism
and a cheerful disposition. She is an inspiration to us all.â€

and Gloria Wright. We are very proud of all our Employees of the Quarter and appreciate
their dedication to the organization.
